To whom this may concern, I apologize they had a bad experience at our facility. Unfortunately [redacted] is a sub contractor who rents space from our facility and is its own separate entity. I don't want any of our members to feel unsatisfied so I am in the process of getting...
in-touch with the owner of [redacted] to see if he is refunding them back for their money or will give them the training sessions they never received at no cost.
