At this time, I have been contacted directly by Mayo Video regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Waldo emailed us offering a refund of $116, though he never followed through on that offer However, more importantly, $is much less than the original amount I was seeking as a refund, but nevertheless, he didn't even give the $refund In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

directly by Mayo Video regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Waldo emailed us offering a refund of $116, though he never followed through on that offer.  However, more importantly, $116 is much less than the original amount I was seeking as a refund, but nevertheless, he didn't even give the $116 refund.

Review: [redacted] agreed to transfer video tapes to digital format. I sent the video tapes in on December [redacted] via [redacted]. I received the digital format along with the original videos on the [redacted] of December, which was a much longer wait than anticipated or agreed upon. When I received the material, the usb drive was empty. Idigitize answered my call. They apologized and sent the format attached to my email. It came back to me with numbers running along the bottom of the screen. These numbers were embedded in the data and only idigitize can take the numbers off the screen, but they have not answered their phones or returned any of the messages I have left. I have asked for my $73 to be refunded. I have asked for them to return my call. I have asked them to please take the numbers off the screen so that I can put the video clips onto my webpage which I use to market my skills as a theatre workshop leader. Other customers have experienced the same problems with this company who never returns calls. They say they are open 7 days a week and that a sales representative will be calling back. No one ever does. Please help me. I want them to either fix the problem they created or refund the $73.Desired Settlement: If [redacted], the owner, could re-do the data and take the counter numbers running on the screen OFF of the screen, I would accept this. But no one calls me back.

Review: I left my VHS tape off on 5/*/15 at [redacted], as of 5-6 days later, I never heard from Mayo Video. I left countless messages and emailed many times. After 5-6 days, [redacted] never delivered the tape. I spoke to [redacted] several times on May [redacted] or May [redacted]. He said he would put a rush on the tape. I paid for the tape immediately while speaking to [redacted]. However, a few days later, I never received an invoice or email confirmation. I again called may video, I emailed again .I was not able to get [redacted] or anyone on the phone. The message states I should leave a message. No one calls back. I called [redacted] who said there was a problem with the site. I repaid again. I called many times, no one answered the phone. As of 5/**/15, I still have not heard from MAYO VIDEO/IDIGITIZE. [redacted] promised there would be a rush on this. I should have been called if they did not see a payment as paid while I spoke to him. I have 2 statements of when I paid, but just 1 email confirmation. Even after paying, I have no clue what's happening to my tape. No one answers the phone .No one calls back. No one answers emails. THis is a disgrace.Desired Settlement: I want my VHS and my hard drive back with the installed transfer. I want to be called to find out where my tape is I was promised this would be done in a day. That was 4 days ago.

Review: On May *, 2015 I went to Idigitize on [redacted]. When I got there instead of an idigitize store there was a [redacted]. I was told to leave my VHS tape there & Idigitize would pick it up and I would be contacted 3 days later. I never heard from Idigitize. I called them 10 times, left messages, but no return call. I called again, someone answered and said they would look for the tape and he would get back to me that day in about 2 hours. No one ever got back to me. I called [redacted] and they said it wasn't their problem. I left the tape with them. I've called countless times, still no answer. It's not 5/**/15 and I do not know where my tape is. I cannot reach them on the phone. THey do not answer the phone and do not return phone calls. I want my VHS tape back.Desired Settlement: I want my VHS tape back and my hard drive that I gave them. They were supposed to transfer a tape to my hard drive.
