My apologies for misstating the business. It is [redacted] I have spoken to 3 different people at the [redacted]. I never asked for money to be returned. I did ask for an exchange show date. I also understand that is not possible. I now just want a legitimite ticket that can be used and accepted by the [redacted]. This is ludicrous that someone cannot give me that answer. IF the ticket is unacceptable and cannot be used I should not be paying for an unrecoverable service. That is my concern. Though my receipient cannot use this ticket and I have now repurchased correctly through the [redacted], I want someone to have and be able to use this too expensive ticket. Can anyone assure me this ticket is legitimate and will be accepted?? If not, Revdex.com will hear from me once again.
