Review: I walked into this Nail Salon very hesitant because of the darkness and clutter but I was in a rush and wanted a basic UV Filling, She asked me where I get my nails done I told here in [redacted] usually she went on to tell me the neighborhood has changed is changing a lot of people don't have money to get there nails done, Which has nothing to do with me,I asked her for the price because it wasn't listed and I said are you sure You know what Im talking about ?Because $15.00 for something that usually cost $30.00 you would question also, She started doing my nails with glue,which you do not use glue with a UV Filling there was no machine for my to dry each nail under she opted to put on the fan,and 3 she used a Quick Spray to my nails I asked her what was she doing???? She said I don't do UV GEL BUT I CAN GIVE YOU A GEL MANICURE.Several times had to ask her to santitize her nail products because she was using products someone else just left on a table next to her.I was doing her job for her and she started getting annoyed so I told her to stop don't bother finishing,The Nails were uneven she rounded the nails after I told her I wanted them squared also. I asked for her managers information because I felt that I didn't deserve pay the way my nails looked and felt instead of the nail feeling smooth it felt lumpy because she didn't know what she was doing. I called the cops I wanted to leave she made several racist comments about my nationality and clothing and my education and job status, Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional pointing her fin get in my face and threatening me with hard un expectableDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $19.00I specifically asked for a certain type of nail filling and was given something different because she stated she doesn't do it
