I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have not received an offer on a resolution Mr***'s response contradicts almost everything I stated in my letter The only correct item was the fact that I called the office time on Friday, I did not want this to linger over the weekendHe has no right to pass judgement on the communication in my home Obviously his memory is a little faded.A few corrections to his letter.He called my phone and I did speak with him I gave the phone to my husband when he became verbally abusive We had him on speaker phone the entire time We both heard his rant.He told me the other tree service did a terrible job They actually did a great job and I would have used them again if I could have remembered their nameThat was at least 4-years earlier, so he would have no idea what type of job they did.He told me the tree was in terrible shape and should be taken down I have to deal with the tree I have and asked him to trim it, not remove most of the limbs He never identified himself, I assumed he was the owner He continually used obscene language with my husband and myselfHe told my husband "You better talk to your wife, there's something wrong with her" He ended the conversation by stating, "Don't pay the bill, in fact you can stick that bill up your...........!" I find his response insulting, irresponsible and totally lacking in truth and accountability [redacted] ***
First of all *** *** did hire us to trim her tree She did tell us that the last tree company did a terrible jobShe said the tree looked really bad to start. Obviously she is never happy When *** Mays the owner went to her house and trimmed her tree her husband
was there and told him to cut the lower limbs so it would be easier for him to cut the grassHe proceeded to say that the tree looked good but he wishes his wife would have it removed The husband was pleasedThe next day *** did call the office several times left several messages in one day and was called back that same day when *** got in the office*** called, he did identify himself and spoke with her husband and said why is your wife calling and complaining when you told me before I left the tree looked goodThere is definitely some communication problems in their household*** obviously is never happy with any tree service We were hired to trim her tree and that is what we didHer husband was home and was happy when we left their house.
