I ordered a doll from this company almost exactly a year agoI have not received the doll yet, and not consistent communication about it
My order was placed on 12/18/and my order number was #***I paid $by credit card for the doll and simply want my money back at this point

In October 2017, I ordered two dolls from the company and have not yet received them or a refund

The company then operated under the name of Naturally Perfect Dolls and estimated a delivery date of February On Feb1, the company sent an email stating there was a shipping delay due to the manufacturer celebrating Chinese New Year The shipping timeline was update to March On March 6, I received an email from the company indicating the manufacturer was back in production to complete the dolls In addition, the following timeline was provided:
Completion of doll production: Present - March 31st
Shipping from overseas to USA: April 5th - April 15th
Customs Clearance: April 16- April 21st
Shipping out to customers: April 24th
On April 23, I received an email from the company asking for any up
