My boyfriend purchased an necklace for me for Christmas from the website When it was delivered there was no chain to the necklaceAfter contacting the company I was advised it was a human mistake at a busy time of the year and they would be sending a replacementOnce the replacement came it was not was the website advertiseAfter many emails were sent and ignored I went back to a direct email address of someone who worked at the company by the name of Jonathan He said it wasn't the correct chain because they upgraded it due to their original mistakeI requested a chain with a lobster clasp and agreed to pay an extra dollars for it I sent back the wrong chain and was told a new one would be coming [redacted] lost the package for the new chain I spoke to the location manager who agreed this wasn't the driver and he must of left it in an unsecured location I asked Johnathan at Mazal Diamond to file a claim with *** He said he would send me a new chain but only
