In response to complaint # *** from *** ***, when our sales desk gives numbers to the consumer including payments, they are based on an average interest rate regardless of what the consumer says about their credit scoreonly the bank will determine what interest rate the consumer
can qualify forTherefore, the payments that she signed for was on a form that specifically states that "retail payments are an estimate and may vary among lending institutions"We cannot accept any credit score provided from a customer to determine eligibility for creditOnly our finance manager is responsible to share any variances in credit quotes and actual approvals, that is why she was not informed of the variance until she was brought into the finance officeI am sure that the Revdex.com is well aware of all the privacy issues with credit and why only our finance department can give final credit resultsIf you have any questions feel free to call me at ***-***-***, or respond back to this e-mail
Sincerely,

Company responded to the complaint by phone*** *** from the company states that the consumer's vehicle has a 50/warranty where the dealer pays half and the consumer pays halfMr*** states that they have paid more than half of the repair for the transmissionHe states that the
consumer signed paperwork stating that they would pay half if something went wrong

This is not what happened! The sales person is a friend of mine that is the only reason why I came to your store in the first placeShe really didn't know what to say that is why manager *** was speaking with me in the first placeShe didn't tell me not to buy it, I can have her talk to you if neededI told *** exactly what my issues were*** and I agreed that on any used car that there may be some repairs, NOT that if the whole bottom of my car is rusted so badly that nobody wants to repair was ok! I talked to *** he made me come in and get the car looked at, he stated that they would at least give me a 50/warranty, then he went back on his word about thatAll I want is a car that can be fixed, I have gone to people including Mazda of Bedford that don't want to fix the car because they really can't tell me how much it will beI was told that once they start taking off parts to fix, another part may break causing a high repair in the end*** told me they would NOT leave me hanging and I see weeks later I still have the carI even asked for them to trade cars there is an Saturn that I would take instead of the Camry *** and *** were supposed to call me back but never haveThey feel oh well she signed for it, *** told me if it was him he would just drive it as is until the car didn't work anymore, I told them up front I had children that would be in the car with meIf there cars are that bad they don't need to sell them to people, this is horrible and it still has not been days yetI need a resolution!

Could they please address the issues I have repeated in both of my responses and not repeat the fact that they do not stand by the products they sell. They take advantage of women, disabled among the leastThey lie about repairs to get customers to pay more. They were caught red handed in lying about a repair so I had to pay more...I am owed on that one alone!! Mr*** just turned red and started shaking when I proved that oneWhere is my on that??? AND address the issues..I am not going to repeat myself. Revdex.com..Please investigate my issues.!

Attached please find the signed documents you requested for complaint # [redacted], also be aware that the vehicle was driven from Bedford to Willoughby for the top repair and neither driver complained of any transmission problem nor did the VW dealer who repaired the top. We honored our warranty on the vehicle as stated. Sincerely, [redacted] President/GM Mazda of Bedford
