I am rejecting this response because: The dealership is clearly lying. Attached are the contracts. No military discount was given as they state. Also the contract clearly states I get a full refund. They still charged me an incorrect amount as they stated "minus a $75 cancellation fee per contract.

The issue has been resolved to the best of my knowledge! I apologized to the customer as we had no idea the early cancellation fees and we cut a check for the whole amount less 75.00 per contract cancellation fee. The cust was acknowledged as we gave him a military discount on the auto he purchased...

and we further apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused him! [redacted]

I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and its my understanding this situation is now resolved and he will be removing this complaint! I personally apologized and gave him a complete and total refund of any monies spent at this dealership!
