Customer is accurate with saying that car was advertised as a Toyota Prius trim level however we use a service that comes to the dealer and takes pictures of the car and then prints out window stickers and warranty sticker for the vin numbers of the cars that they serviceUnfortunately it seems as if this company through a vin database had a different description of the named car in questionWith all this being discovered after the sale I took it upon myself to contact the company to ask what to do and they gave me a letter of retraction to forward to Juna ***It also clearly states on the sticker that (the dealer is not responsible for errors on the printed sticker)I willingly gave the customer the name and contact information for Dealer specialties as it was not our wrong doingIf there are any further questions please feel free to contact meMany Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:he is not being fairEven my credit was bad you can't only blame thatLike other car dealerships they go over the car with you BEFORE signing any paperwork and that was a mistake on my part but explaining to me after I sign is like I got taken advantage ofEven when I went to talk to him before I submitted this complaint I was offended by the way he acted and disgustedSo I want this to be solved either by giving ending the contract with this mazda company and transferring itnover to another one or just simply shortening my lease periodLike I said before if I had known this was months because of my credit I would not have leased this car Regards, ***l ***

They sold us a used car with a very serious oil leak which will now cost us thousands of dollars. They are unethical and untrustworthy. There is no way there were not aware of this problem. DO NOT USE. EVER. They steal your money and do not care. Thief’s. They claim to not have been aware of this. This could only mean they do not inspect their trade in cars when doing a trade in. We all know that isn’t the case. All cars get inspected during trade in. It is a very obvious problem. Total ss

I did not purchase the vehicle from the company the dealer uses to print car stickersThe fact is that during the sales process the salesperson sold me a trim level PriusEven the registration that was supplied to me by the dealer stated that the car I was buying was a Prius, trim level Please let me know if you need physical prove of my claimI have the advertisement and the registration provided by Mazda of LodiI also have the lletter sent by the company that prints the stickerHowever, this letter could be simply categorized as a poor attempt at justifying their incompetence and negligence

Hi , my ***e is Charlie G*** General Manager of Mazda Of Lodi Im answering to the complaint of *** *** , I did speak to her some time last week I thought she was happy and with new lease I did the deal myself gave her a really good payment even though the credit wasn't good and she knew
that I explain to her step by step its my job and ive been here for years we don't like unhappy customers MONTHS WAS THE ONLY OPTION FOR SOMEONE with limited credit to get to that payment with no money down the $was her taxes and fees plus we deducted the price of the vehicle to get her approved Its unfortunate that she doesn't feel happy with the deal she got when she knows we went above and beyond to get her approved On March 6th she left really happy and thanking us I even had one of our delivery specialist like every dealership has to go over the car and the functions Its a New car store we all have to have one specially when its a new car customers never know how to work the functions so its very odd she's saying no one went over the car I compensated her with year maintenance and tire and rim protection for the term of the lease That's as much as we can do for her Please contact me if you have any questions ###-###-#### thanks

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

This was a bad experience. It was my first day looking and probably my last day looking at Mazda vehicles. I am comparing this to VW Tiguan. I test drove the CX-3. It handles turns better than the VW. What I did not lot like was the seat did not go up high enough. I needed another inch or two. In addition the tiny sunroof made me feel claustrophobic and I am also unsure how reliable the car is based on multiple reports seen on the internet.

With all that being said I was disappointed when I was offered only 3-4K for my meticulously maintained vehicle in good to excellent shape as a trade-in.

According to KBB it retails for 10.4-13.2K.

Trade-in according to KBB is:
7.7-10.4K in excellent condition
7-9.7K as a car in very good condition
6.3-8.8K for good condition
5.5-8.2K for fair condition

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------... />
Trade in according to Edmunds, from rough, average, clean to outstanding is:
6K - 9.9K

Retail value at a dealership is: 9.4-15.2K

They did not even come close! What was more upsetting was the new salesman was trying to tell me I was wrong and treated me as though I had no idea what I was talking about.

I had my title with me and was ready to go if they could be straight with me. The last thing I want to have to do is haggle for an appropriate price. Perhaps they did not want a foreign vehicle, but since there was no transparency one can only speculate. FYI: I walked in by myself as a middle-aged female.

The good part about this experience is upon leaving the dealership I went to Chipotle, mentioned my experience and they gave me a free side of guacamole.

I do not see where it allows me to edit this review, but I test drove the CX-5, not the CX-3.

I was at that location and I must say the customer service from the mng is horrible. I waited for way to long for the manger to come in to speak with me,

the mng put his own needs before he put his clients! if you ask me, I would never go to that personal mazda again, I went to the one in wayne and I was treated like a KING, VERY RESPECTFUL the one in wayne. the one in LODI the manger is out for self! he doesn't care about his cleints!
this place doesn't even deserve one star,

I am rejecting this response because:he is not being fair. Even my credit was bad you can't only blame that. Like other NORMAL car dealerships they go over the car with you BEFORE signing any paperwork and that was a mistake on my part but explaining to me after I sign is like I got taken advantage of. Even when I went to talk to him before I submitted this complaint I was offended by the way he acted and disgusted. So I want this to be solved either by giving ending the contract with this mazda company and transferring itnover to another one or just simply shortening my lease period. Like I said before if I had known this was 48 months because of my credit I would not have leased this car.

Review: I bought a car with Mazda of lodi on August 28th evening of 2015. It was not in the warranty but they assured me that it is a good car basically am not from this country am an international student. So I dont know anybody in this country. My father sends Money from india to meet the costs over here. While I wanted to take a car. I've seen this car online and went to the dealer and asked about the car he said it is a great car only thing is the Ac doesnt work. I trusted his word. I wanted to take a test drive and he said that you were not allowed to take a test only You have to go around a small parking lot. There I dint have any problems then after that night. I started the car next morning and the car was not in a position to move I got a sign on a dashboard that oil was leaking. I took to a service center and he told that this car has to be junked because whole transmission is gone. It will take another 1800$ to get it repaired he suggested me to go to the company and return the car. I went there and in vain I got a negative response from them that its no there fault and they would not look at it. I was emotional and I cried because I bought the car for 1500$ which is hard earned money of my father and I was cheated by them. I dont know what to do. please try to help me.Desired Settlement: refund or repair any of it is fine please I want justice to be done.

Review: I purchased a 2012 Toyota Prius, It was advertised and sold to me as a Toyota Prius 2012 trim level 5. The price difference from a trim level 4 to a trim level 5 is about $4,000. The salesperson that sold me the car (Mr. Rashid [redacted] showed me a Kelly blue book value of the Prius, trim level 5 in his computer to make a case for the sales price. However, I soon found out that the Prius was not a trim level 5, but a trim level 4. I contacted the dealer to ask that they would do something regarding this issue, including adjusting the price of the car so as to reflect the true value of a trim level 4 Toyota Prius. The manager of the dealer claimed ignorance and made all of the advertising agencies responsible for the misrepresentation of a car they are selling as a Prius trim level 5. It is clear to me that they knowingly misrepresented the vehicle in advertisement and during the sale process.Desired Settlement: I asked that the price would be adjusted to reflect the actual value of the car I purchased or for a full refund of the cost of my car in addition to any maintenance I have already perform on the car and any fees incurred, including taxes and registration fees.

Review: I went to the Mazda of Lodi in order to purchase a used car in my price range, as recommended by a friend. They showed me a few options however I chose a used Mazda because they guaranteed the Mazdas were the only ones that they check out to confirm they are working great. They confirmed that this 2005 Mazda Tribute was good to go. Within a few minutes of driving the car, I heard a noise so I brought it to my mechanic. It was a shot transmission. Within the next two hours I brought the car back. They refused to help me because according to what I signed, I bought it “as is”. I had however returned it in two hours – not after 24 hours. Still, they did not help. Three days later, I drove the car to my job & it broke down on a major highway almost causing a severe accident, then getting towed. The transmission had died completely. After making calls and complains to them, they finally offered me a different car to keep along with the Mazda. They told me they would definitely check that out and make sure it runs. When I got there, to get the other car, I saw that the car had not been moved since I saw it last – they did not check it. I did not want to take the risk of getting another car and having that also break down on the road. The owner has written very inappropriate, unprofessional reply messages on Google Maps, taking personal jabs on me. I believe they knew all along that this car was not working properly and that it needed a very expensive job done to it. They have done nothing to help and won’t return my calls. They are claiming on Google Maps, that they offered me a ‘credit’ towards another car, which is not true. I would have no reason to refuse that offer, had they made it. I spent $3500 on this car & feel that because I brought it back within two hours of having it & because they lied about the condition of the car, they should be responsible for taking the car back & refunding my money. I am a 72 year old veteran, working 2 jobs, still in need of a car.Desired Settlement: I believe the business should refund my money of $3500 and take back the car because the vehicle was not checked, as they guaranteed it would be. The vehicle was not in good condition, as they guaranteed it was. I brought the car back within two hours of having it. I paid them cash for the car, therefore feel cash refund is the most appropriate settlement.
