Mrs. [redacted], Thank you for your dispute resolution correspondence. It is our goal to quickly and efficiently resolve such items. I have personally reviewed the documents associated with Mr. [redacted] and here are my findings and resolution: 1. Mr. [redacted] did make an offer to...
purchase late that evening. 2. Mr. [redacted] filled out an application for a loan 3. It being after normal business hours for the lender we did submit the application but would not be able to get a response until the next day. 4. The following day we received a counter offer from the lender. We did not receive an approval for amounts as submitted. This is termed a "counter offer" or a "conditional approval" from the lender. 5. No contractual relationship had been formed. Only an offer to purchase if the lender agreed to terms as submitted which the lender did not. Resolution: 1. Mr. [redacted] may exercise the terms of the conditional approval within 10 days of this letter on Stock #U13461A. The lender terms are: A. Trade open loan on his Dodge Truck in same condition as when evaluated B. Proof of Income as stated C. Proof of Employment as stated D. We will give Mr. [redacted] full Nada Trade-in value on his Dodge. E. $8687 down payment. This is not a stipulation of the lender but based on the amount to finance the lender is willing to advance this is the amount needed to meet the terms of the loan. F. Spouse as co-signer on all loan documents. If Mr. [redacted] does not exercise this resolution within 10 days or is unable to meet any of the conditions from the lender I will place the truck back into inventory and consider this matter resolved. Should you require any further communication please do not hesitate to contact me. [redacted]
