I wanted to respond to the complaint #from our mutual customer.Yes we are in the Process of cancelling the Maintence Contract which has been a issue with the Company who administrates it.The Customer had used the Maintence Contact Twice since he Purchased it so the Company will be Prorating any refund.I followed up with my Business office who handles these matters and confirmed they sent all documents in for cancelations Best, [redacted] General Manager

The way they come up with the Pro Rated amount is How long he has had the Maintenance contract and how many times he has used it.They said he used it twice for a total of $168.00. The Refund was sent out Friday 8/26/16 to [redacted] Chase!!!

I am rejecting this response because:   I paid $934 for this thing.   If you subtract $168 from $934 the balance due me is $766!   That's what I am looking for!   Do the right thing!!!!!   [redacted]

Review: This dealership sold be a phony full service maintence contract for $930.00. Do not go there!!!!Desired Settlement: Full refund!!!

Review: Bought car from mazda 2/9/14 paint started pealing off car took back to may 2nd 2014 was told to take into dodge for warranty repair. Dodge denied saying there factory does not peal. Have bring to mazda have car fax no accident I don't know what to do need helpDesired Settlement: Just paint the car under warranty or mazda pay for it.
