On Sunday August 11th, my mother was walking around the Exhibit booths at the Saskatoon Exhibition. She stopped at the Mazel S. Products and was persuaded into trying the Aromatherapy Nature Creation pads. My mother is an elderly woman with Multiple Sclerosis and any suggestions to help with pain interests her. The gentleman immediately played off her vulnerability. He finally got my mom to agree to buy the Ultimate Treatment Set, she only had debit and he told her he was doing all payments through his phone.*** he made the sale for $169 but, when she put in her card he "assisted" her and told her the payment was declined, and re-did it for her!! *** He put the new total price for $699. Only, she wouldn't know this until three days later when she went to *** to purchase a few groceries and had insufficient funds in her account. She immediately went to the bank and was told that $699 was withdrawn from her account from this company. It has taken me a week to finally track down the owner of this booth, I called him, explained who I was, told him I had a disabled mother with motor skill problems who purchased a product from them and was overcharged at $699. *** he start yelling and accusing me of *** awful things. I asked him if we could simply return the product to make things right and he told me that he wasn't a *** or *** that just accepts returns. As I was trying to explain to him, he just refused to listen to me and told me that my mom is to just deal with it. I told him that she had to have been overcharged because the product at Max is $169 online, how could she have been charged $699 and he said it's her own fault.

Desired Outcome

Would like to return the item and be reimbursed for the $699 or to return the monetary difference that they charged

Business owner changed the credit card charges from $180 to 407.99.00.. by distracting customer to look for *** card.
June 20, 2019 at the *** Show. Could not give receipt cause the machine was ot working. Receipt was sent out yesterday July 8. No refunds or exchanges.*** was used. *** card was never used.

Would like a refund.

Guarantee of full refund within 30 days but company will not return calls or emails.
I was at the Regina Exhibition (Queen City Ex) in August 2018 and stopped at this booth. Very very pushy sales guys - tried to sell a lot of products to me. Pushed and pushed and pushed to buy this massager that was a ridiculous $1,510 but was told that I would love it and could return it for a full refund if I was satisfied (within 30 days). I have emailed the company telling them that I want to return it - I have called them as well and left messages. Nobody will answer me. I don't even think that they have "store" that they claim to have.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return this product and get a full refund. Exactly what they promised and we actually had a hand shake over it.

I purchased the 7 in 1 Ultra Renew Plus skin expert on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at K-Days in Edmonton, Alberta. The receipt does not indicate the item or the GST. I purchased the tool for 950.00. The tool has Mazel Beauty pasted on to it. However where the A is a different letter, it looks like an upside down V. In reviewing the Dead Sea peptide serum which I also purchased for 150.00 cash it indicates Formulated for Mazel Products Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, phone 306-880-4472. The website on the package is www.mazelproducts.com, made in the USA. The next day I checked this item on the internet and it is listed for 150.00. I then checked the website for Mazel Beauty and it did not list this product.I called back to discuss with the owner. He explained it was a knock off on the website. He said I could use it for 14 days and if not satisfied would refund my money. I asked for an e-mail stating such, however I have not received it. ***. I did contact the
Mayor's office in Edmonton, and also the individual who receives the applications for vendors. When you call the numbers that I have been given for Mazel Beauty which are 306-880-4472, (listed on the package and the receipt) it says leave me a voice mail. There is no indication of Mazel Beauty. Then I received a call from someone saying when the owner got back to Saskatoon, he would refund me my money and write me a cheque. The number was 306-281-6145. I decided to call back and the voice mail said ***.

Desired Outcome

A thorough review of the business practices of Mazel Beauty. CRA contacted in regards to GST. A review of the Business license issued by the municipality where business is located. All exhibitions, markets etc.advised of this business's dealings.

***, the customer, came to my booth at *** saying that she works with the public and she would like to get some skin care. She mentioned that she is "always out there to service the public". I gladly showed her my products and after a while she said "Sounds good, I will give it a try".

After few hours I got a phone call from *** complaining

I stand behind my complaint and the investigation and recommendations that I believe should proceed. In regards to the reply by the business, I do not have a daughter named ***. I have not received the refund cheque that Mazel Beauty said I would. I am available for further discussion via phone or e-mail to resolve the case. I did not receive any further e-mails or phone calls other than what I stated in my complaint.

Items purchased from Mazel Beauty booth (headquarters of Mazel Beauty is in Saskatoon) at the *** in Regina on Thursday, June 21: 1. Massage roller (cost for similar model of roller at *** is $44.98.) and bottle of eucalptus oil. Charged: $3100.00.
2. 3 Step Lift Kit, which I did not want and was pressured into accepting at $200, but later discovered that the charge was $731.59 and which I will never use and would like to return unopened--(a***!). Both charges on credit card. ***, we seemed unable to protest the costs or even remove ourselves, and in spite of our weak attempts to leave he held us in his cubicle for more than 2 hours until after show hours closed. ***. The credit card company counseled providing them a police report (which is forthcoming) after which they would begin a dispute regarding the inflated charges. Subsequent efforts at phone and e-mail contact with the company has brought no response.

Desired Outcome

1. Realistically it seems unlikely that they will refund the money from what I have discovered by seeing complaints online. I would like to seek at least a partial refund as a token of some legitimacy and fairness in their dealings.

The response from the company is totally unacceptable for the following reasons:
1. It did not acknowledge any aspect of the complaint.
2. It is entirely inadequate and dismissive.
3. In no way did the response address the issues presented to them--a.charges of fraud and extortion
b. request for recompense for overcharging, c. using mind control techniques and d. holding hostage his victims.
5.It shows complete disregard and dismissal of any of the facts of the complaint.

Such an experience. I met Mazel Beauty at the trade show in Moose Jaw last month and I am stunned by the level of attantion and care by their stuff. Prices were reasonable copmared to what I used to spend on alike products, and they are actually work. I have to say... at first I had hesitated to spend money on products that I dont know, but after making the decision I have to say it turned out to be a life changer for me. I recommend to try their day moisturizer specially. Abslotyly fantastic.

I attended the Spring Home and Garden Show in Regina on March 23rd. The salesman wanted to try out this new product on me, called a 7 in 1 Ultra Renew Plus Skin Expert. After 20 minutes of him using this device on me, he finally showed me the amount on the calculator of how much it would cost, which was $4100.00. I told him that was way too much. He then lowered the amount a bit and I still said it was too much. So, he called over the other Salesman and he then lowered the amount a bit more, after doing this a couple more times and him telling me that his cost was $1500.00, I hesitantly decided to purchase it for $1799.00. I thought I was getting a good deal. However, since I was hesitant on the purchase, he told me I could return it for a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. My Sister-in-Law also overheard him saying this to me. I wanted to find out more about this product so when I got home, I went on their Website and it was not listed on there anywhere. So, I then typed in the exact product name in *** and it came up on a few different websites like *** and *** for the price of anywhere from $80.00 to $250.00. The exact same device, box, instructions. He even told me that it was that price because it was made in Germany. On one of the pictures on *** it showed the back of the device and it showed "Made in Germany". However, I went back the next day, to the trade show and he said he couldn't take it back at that time because he had closed out the batch the night before but that I should call the number on his card the following Monday and he promised and guaranteed me that it would be looked after then, no problem. I called the number on his card, which was for his Saskatoon Store, and left a message. I got a call back from an Employee there and he told me that I would have to email the Returns Department, there was no phone number for the Returns Department. So, I emailed them and explained my situation to them and they basically said, they don't do refunds only exchanges. I have sent approximately 6 emails since and they responded to each one saying the same thing, they don't do refunds only exchanges. Knowing how he totally mislead me, I don't want any more of their products. They didn't answer any of my questions, like when I asked about the cost I paid compared to other sites.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the product for a complete refund. At the very least, they meet the price of what it is listed for on other sites and refund the rest of my money, not in store credit or exchange.

After investigating this case carefully we have came to few different conclusion.

A) Our Returns Department have tried to contact with the customer multiple times without success.
B) The customer used the products (20% from the package content), and then tried to return used products.
C) Prices are very from product to product. The amount the customer paid for the product was fairly low for the same category product. We out source the best quality products from all over the world, and what you saw on *** and on other websites is our product knockoff.
D) The customer can contact us during our operations hours from Monday to Friday to solve this case in respectful matters.

The Customer Services Department did NOT try to contact me by phone at all. I have been in contact with them by email numerous times but NOT ONCE have they tried to call me. They did not address any of my concerns in the emails they sent back. I had requested the phone number to call them and talk to someone there but I was never given a phone number and have left each of my contact numbers in all the emails I sent to them. When I talked to someone at the Saskatoon Store, he told me that I would have to deal with their returns department but would not give me a phone number. I have NOT touched, let alone used, any of the product that I purchased. It is exactly the same as when I bought it. I do not know where they came up with that I used 20% of the product???? I was told that when I purchased the product that their cost was $1500.00 so I had originally thought I was getting a good deal. I tried to find this product on their website, with no luck. That is when I saw the EXACT SAME Item on other websites for a fraction of the cost. *** told me that it is a good product because it was made in Germany. There were pictures of the back of the item, that I found online and it was also made in Germany. Exact same item, same instructions, same packaging, everything is exactly the same as the one I bought. Bottom line, when I purchased the product, *** told me that I could return the product within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. I have a witness to him saying this and she is willing to testify to what she heard. *** I

I have used this product for a few years now and absolutely love it!! I always receive excellent service. The product comes promptly. The one time I had an issue I was sent a replacement right away with no charges.

I absolutely love the Mazel Beauty Foot Lotion. It leaves my feet feeling cool and refreshed after a long day. I recommend this product to anyone.
I also like the Mazel Beauty Massage Lotion. My favorite kind is the " Carried Away" Scented lotion. I use it more than I use the " Coconut Lime" lotion.
I have also purchased an Mazel Beauty Hair Brush straightener that I have been using a lot. I absolutely love it. It's a n that gets the job done fast.
The Dead Sea Hair Serum is another product that I use. It makes my hair absolutely shiny after a shower and I love it as well. I recommend any of the products to anyone.
My favorite product of all is the Dead Sea Salt Souffle hand scrub. It leaves your skin feeling soft and refreshed. I have used as a body wash, and cannot believe how soft it leaves your skin!! I highly recommend this product to anyone as well! You will not be disappointed, and will have you coming back for more!!!
