we moved to Dobson Ranch years ago and we saw an ad for Mazon's
we have called upon them on an emergency summer AC problem and had great
service! Today, we replace our old AC that was over 15years and Mazon's service
was above and beyond on information provided for us, timely service, very friendly!
I had to write a reviewThey said they will come back when heating season begins
to help us switch over, what service!!!!

This company installed our AC unit a few years ago,they have been out several times throughout the years for maintenanceThis summer our unit was not cooling the houseBecause we had a warranty with this company we called them out to come fix itThey came next day, which was greatWhen they came out they told us we had a broken coil and it needed to be replaced and we needed to add pounds of coolantBecause we thought they were a reputable company we allowed them to make the repairsAs they were working they kept changing the price of the servicesWhen it was time to pay for services, they refused to take a credit card and kept insisting we give them cashWe offered a check and they would not acceptFinally they agreed to payment with a credit card, however they charged a $feeExactly days later my unit is no longer blowing cold air, and the $worth of coolant I paid for is not in my unit, and the coil is still brokenWe have attempted to reach them all weekend and they will not answer or call us backThey also left torch marks all over my unitBottom line theses scammers stole $from my familyAnd left me in home with two small children and a broken AC unitIf I could give negative stars, I would give them negative 10!!!
