To Whom It May Concern:The Jeep was purchased As-IsIt was advertised with clearly outlining floor and under body issuesThead read: “The floor and frame were previously repaired and may not pass PA inspection”.The buyer was asked if she was aware of the disclosed issues and if she looked under the JeepHerresponse was, yesThe buyer indicated she was happy to pick up the jeep for half the retail value andthat she had enough money to address the underbody issues.Unfortunately, it appears that the issues are more then she can afford to pay and now is asking to returnthe vehicleWe took every step to make the buyer aware of the condition of the Jeep and are alwaysupfront with our customersWe are a new business and are trying to build our customer base and didnothing wrong in this caseWe even offered $towards the repairs, but the buyer decided not totake the extra money and formally complain

I am not sure what kind of business considers outright lying to be "upfront with customers"This dealer is currently being investigated and charges are being filed against him through the Pennsylvania State Police department for violations under the BMV act title I have a screen shot of the original craigslist posting where the vendor also fraudulently posted as "for sale by owner" and not "be dealer", where it does NOT list ANYWHERE about this vehicle not being able to pass PA inspectionThis vehicle WAS in fact inspected by a PA state inspection mechanic, *** *** in Greensburg, PA where he found that this vehicle would NOT pass the inspection procedureThe police have also been in contact with the previous owners and have come to find that they were not responsible for the DEPLORABLE rigging of this vehicle with non structural sheet metal and spray foamAs far as me being aware of any repairs what the dealer stated is COMPLETELY FALSE!!!!! The only repairing we spoke of was the rusted rocker guards, the hood latch (which was also not listed in the ad to have been broken) the wiper motor (which was almost completely out, also not listed in the ad), the rear windshield wiper arm not working, and new tiresHe took his asking price down a whole $for what I estimated a few hundred dollars in replacement partsNow let's think about this logically....if I'm fretting over a few hundred dollars more to replace things as little as a WINSHIELD WIPER MOTOR do you honestly think I would be ok with knowing this vehicle was not safe and should not have been allowed on the road completely unstable needed a completely new body (which would be THOUSANDS of dollars) to have madeHe's a liar and a scam artistMyself and family members all tried to contact him IMMEDIATELY after the vehicle was inspected and found to be highly dangerous and they did not return any calls or emails until the following dayThe dealer said in an email that it was my own fault for not knowing what to look for and that it would be out of the goodness of his heart to give me $towards repairs....obviously that was declinedSo, yes I am filing formal complaints with ANY and EVERY department possibleI hope this complaint is visible for any and every person contemplating doing business with this "dealership"If you need to verify any/all information given I would be happy to give you the contact information for the police department I have been working with

Review: I bought a car from mazur auto sales in feb 2015 and since then the whole car has been falling apart. The tailpipe fell off, the radio never worked (which he promised to have fixed), the transmission wont shift past 2nd gear...etc. I have contacted him but the day he said he would look at my car I never heard from him again. When I bought the car he said there was no warranty available. I should have known that he was trying to take advantage of a single woman. He sells lemons!Desired Settlement: Fix the car that I bought only 3 months ago!!

Review: I purchased a 99 Jeep Cherokee this past week from Mazur Auto Sales. It was posted it on craigslist. They had noted that the floor had been repaired under the driver side and that there was rusting on the rockers. I guess I should have been leary when he told me to not drive "over 80". I had my shop take it in to look it over due to I wanted to compile a list of the small things I knew I would need to replace i.e wiper motor, shifter bulb, liftgate shocks, rust on the rockers. The shop had the jeep for a whole 3 minutes before I was called back because they couldn't even lift the jeep due to the frame would be crushed. The salesman knowingly sold me a jeep that he had tampered with the frame. It was improperly and illegally welded with sheet metal, filled with spray foam, and spray painted over. Not only is this vehicle not driveable, it did not pass an inspection. The seller took almost 48 hours to return phone calls, and is now saying that I knew the frame was in disrepair! To correct this jeep it would need to go to a professional frame repair shop and cost anywhere between $3-4,000!! The salesman then finally replied to a phone call from my mother on my behalf and told her he would email me back. The email I got said that "from the kindness of his heart" he would mail me a check for $200! $200!!!!!!! This is not only fraud but had I continued to drive this vehicle and been in an accident he would definitely be liable for the injury/possible death of myself and MY 4 YEAR OLD CHILD!! This man is a crook with no conscience or regard for an innocent person's safety. If needed I will provide pictures of the body frame and can provide contact information for our jeep specialists. Also, the dealer notorized and witnessed his own signature on the title which in my opinion voids the contract.Thank youDesired Settlement: I want my $2100 back that I paid in cash for an undriveable vehicle.

I am not sure what kind of business considers outright lying to be "upfront with customers". This dealer is currently being investigated and charges are being filed against him through the Pennsylvania State Police department for violations under the BMV act title 63. I have a screen shot of the original craigslist posting where the vendor also fraudulently posted as "for sale by owner" and not "be dealer", where it does NOT list ANYWHERE about this vehicle not being able to pass PA inspection. This vehicle WAS in fact inspected by a PA state inspection mechanic, [redacted] in Greensburg, PA where he found that this vehicle would NOT pass the inspection procedure. The police have also been in contact with the previous owners and have come to find that they were not responsible for the DEPLORABLE rigging of this vehicle with non structural sheet metal and spray foam. As far as me being aware of any repairs what the dealer stated is COMPLETELY FALSE!!!!! The only repairing we spoke of was the rusted rocker guards, the hood latch (which was also not listed in the ad to have been broken) the wiper motor (which was almost completely out, also not listed in the ad), the rear windshield wiper arm not working, and new tires. He took his asking price down a whole $100 for what I estimated a few hundred dollars in replacement parts. Now let's think about this logically....if I'm fretting over a few hundred dollars more to replace things as little as a WINSHIELD WIPER MOTOR do you honestly think I would be ok with knowing this vehicle was 1. not safe and should not have been allowed on the road 2. completely unstable 3. needed a completely new body (which would be THOUSANDS of dollars) to have made. He's a liar and a scam artist. Myself and family members all tried to contact him IMMEDIATELY after the vehicle was inspected and found to be highly dangerous and they did not return any calls or emails until the following day. The dealer said in an email that it was my own fault for not knowing what to look for and that it would be out of the goodness of his heart to give me $200 towards repairs....obviously that was declined. So, yes I am filing formal complaints with ANY and EVERY department possible. I hope this complaint is visible for any and every person contemplating doing business with this "dealership". If you need to verify any/all information given I would be happy to give you the contact information for the police department I have been working with.
