Review: I contracted Mazzaferro construction to point my stairs on May ** 2014. With in 7 months the pointing that was done is all cracked and falling out. We waited until the weather got nicer and Contacted him 4 times the first 3 times he was coming over to check it out but never came. The 4 th time after my husband spoke with him for at least a 1/2 hour just refused to stand by his work. Told us pointing was not guaranteed. I can see after 2 or three years but after one winterDesired Settlement: We only want him to repair what we paid for.

Review: Mazzaferro Const. Corp would not give me a start date about when work would begin. He kept stalling me. First, it was to start at the beginning of August. Then he said he would do the job when I returned from my vacation in September. He told me to call him when I returned. I called after vacation about four times - he did not return calls when I left messages. Eventually, he said he would return my deposit ($200.00) but never did.Desired Settlement: $200.00 for return of deposit.
