Dear *** Ask them to provide the phone conversations since they are all recordedI surrendered my old car because it was going to cost me over $to get it fixed and I could not afford to pay a $car not and get it fixed which is why I contacted them to cancel the policyAfter I got done speaking to the representative once I submitted paperwork I asked her was there anything else she needed and she said I was all setIt was months before I purchased another vehicle so there was no adding nothing on to no policy if it was already canceled so that was a lie. How can I add a car on to a canceled policy? When I contacted them I told them I had insurance with them before and wanted to start a new policy since I just got another car and that is when I got the run aroundI spoke to almost people because they did not know what was going on with my old policyI told them to save us both a lot of time just listen to the phone conversation and I was told if that happened somebody was going to get into trouble so this company inconvenienced me insteadTell Mazzola to let you listen to all the phone conversations or remove the charges

l am so upset to have received this complaint from [redacted]. We have been in business for over 50 years with 10's of thousand of clients over the years and I believe this may be the second time we have had a complaint from the Revdex.com. Ms [redacted] was insured with [redacted] Insurance since...

11/8/2013. I will give you a time line of our involvement in the problem that was created by Ms [redacted].  5/11/16 we contacted Ms [redacted] to remind her about her renewal of5/8/16 that had not been paid. She stated that she was in the hospital and that she had canceled her policy.  7/11/16 we received a phone call From [redacted] @[redacted] stating that Ms [redacted] called stating that she had another policy with [redacted], asking if we had started a different policy for her. Advised her that we did not have an active policy for her. 7/19/16 (12:37) Ms [redacted] called our office stating that she added a car to her policy. We advised her that her policy was canceled. 7/19/16 (12:41) Ms [redacted] called our office stating that she wanted to pay her past due amount for auto insurance. We thought that she was talking about the earned premium balance that was due on her prior [redacted] policy. Then she stated that it was for current policy that she started with [redacted]. We again called [redacted] to see if she had started a "new" policy with them. She did not have an active policy with [redacted]. We advised her again that her policy was canceled 4/29/16. 7/19/16 (1:26) We again contacted [redacted] Insurance to see if we could determine why the insured was confused about her canceled auto insurance policy. Emily @[redacted] Ins. Advised that Ms [redacted] did not make her renewal payment of 5/8/16. They gave her until 5/25/16 to make the payment and when that was not received they canceled her police for non payment. On 7/1/16 Ms [redacted] contacted [redacted] insurance requesting to add a 02' Lexus to her policy. She did not have a active policy as she states in her complaint, she wanted the policy 7/19/16 (1:32) We called Ms [redacted] and advised her what [redacted] told us. That on 7/5/16 she contacted [redacted] Ins. directly to revise the cancellation of her policy to be effective 4/29/16 the date that she turned in her plates. This was the last time that we have spoken with Ms [redacted].l am enclosing Communication Events log that I obtained from [redacted] Insurance company showing that Ms [redacted] contacted them directly, She called them 3 times on 7/1/16, 5 times on 7/11/16, once 7/14/16, twice on 7/19/16, twice on 7/29/16 and 3 times on 8/3/16. I am also enclosing a copy of the fax request that Ms [redacted] sent directly to [redacted] Insurance co. on 7/5/16 requesting that they revise the cancellation of her policy back to 4/29/16.I have enclosed a copy of our customer log showing that the last conversation with Ms [redacted] was on 5/11/16 to remind her about her renewal. The next time that we talked with Ms [redacted] was 7/19/16 when we confirmed with her that her policy was canceled. She never contacted us about revising the cancellation of her policy and never called our office requesting to start a new policy. Ms [redacted] would have needed a deposit premium and sign a application to start a policy with our agency. We would not have taken information over the phone and tell her she was all set.
