1. They told me both bearings needed to be replaced and then took 3 full days before they "repaired" just the front left bearing completely ignoring that the right one needed to be replaced. 2. After my complaints they got it in a second time and again worked on it and...
then claimed they had "repaired" it. It sounded normal at first and then Began getting horribly loud and rough sounding in the matter of a few short weeks. Also after their second time of attempting to repairing it they got oil or grease on my front passenger seat and on top of the middle arm rest compartment and at that point I was so fed up with the service I didn't bother calling and complaining cause I assumed that was the last I would have to deal with them but long behold my bearing was going out again so I then had to call them again to get my car back in. I would have went somewhere else but my insurance would only cover it being repaired by the same company. 3. It was almost over a week they had said they were trying to get my car into another location of car x so that other mechanists could repair it and I had to once again contact them to get some information. The front desk guy said he was just about to call them and get an update when we could get my car into them and would give me a call back once he knew anything. Never called me back and 2 days later my parents stopped into the car x in Appleton to see if they knew of all of this and Andy said he told the man at [redacted] car x that I could drop my car off the previous Sunday evening so he could hopefully get to replacing both bearings that Monday. [redacted] car x employees never called or updated me on anything further than the last we spoke. from that point on I didn't even have the patience to call them and we just stayed in contact with the Appleton location on our own. 4. After all of that bt we got my car in the Appleton location and they literally replaced both front bearings on my car all within one day and I had it back that evening. They were awesome, knew what they were doing and got the job done correctly in a fraction of the time it took [redacted] car x to attempt at replacing just one. Poor communication, care and work ethic. It aggravates me so bad how they treated me and the work an dirtiness they left my car in.
