Persistent leaks in the house We built a brand new house with Admar and moved in Feb Since moving in, we have had trouble with a basement leak and a roof leak in the garage that was immediately apparent after moving into the house The basement leak required service calls and the threat of a lawsuit before they finally fixed the basement leak So far, it has not recurred The leak in the garage required a few service calls and had been resolved for a period of time, but it has recurred again at the exact same place The business is very slow to respond to service requests They seem to use the cheapest fix possible so that the problem recurs They also don't give specific appointment times for the service call We are just given an all day appointment, so we have to stay home to make sure we don't miss the serviceman And sometimes, he doesn't even show up and has to reschedule The communication is very poor Their communication was excellent earlier in our relat

Building a house with this company was a struggle throughout the processThe builder regularly changed the plans without our consent after the contract was signedThey decided to install a smaller hot water tank, smaller windows throughout the house, reduce the kitchen counter dimensions, switch the garage doors to a cheaper model, etcWe had to consistently fight to ensure our contract was honoredThe communication was poor; the company almost never responded to the 1st requestWe are actually happy with the end result, but due to the struggle would not work with Admar again, or the new company Memar
