The Discover Card debit was directed by either Ms. [redacted] or Discover, American Chartered Bank was not at fault for that transaction. Every service charge assessed the account was appropriate based on the service fee schedule and disclosures...

That being said, we were first made aware of Ms. [redacted]'s concerns via a letter received late on July 20. After review, it was determined the fees were the result of an unauthorized transaction initiated by Discover Card. All fees were reversed on July 22.
