I went to have my hair done in passion twist on April 21,2020 at M-B Braiding & Beauty Supply in Columbus, Ohio.
As Ms, K the hair dresser started to braid my hair I stated it was too tight. so she adjusted it. after my hair was finished I noticed that I had to take 2 Tylenol for the pain in the parking lot.She reassured me that the pain would go away in 24 hours. Well it's been 3 days and i'm still taking Tylenol for the pain.
I called Ms. K this afternoon and she is not trying to help me with this problem at all. as a result my hair is falling out and so is the passion twist. I ask for a refund and she denied me and she was not willing to see me today to fix the problem she stated that she could only come on Sunday at 2pm.
