reasonsIt was reflective of current pay rates for a JrCounselor and was refunded only due to her displeasure of the program which was not communicated until Ranney School announced they have outsourced their Summer Program to an outside contractorHer daughter has the distinction of completing the CIT program and can use that credential for Summer employment in and beyondAt no time was the school contacted about the displeasure with the program and this only came to light when Ranney had decided to move into a 3rd party relationship for future Summer ProgramsAt NO TIME, was the CIT program a guarantee of future employmentWe dispute her allegations as we provided adequate training through the programOnce again the amount refunded was done out of goodwill nothing moreThis goodwill refund of $was not offered, it was actually paid via check well before this complaint was lodgedThe incident on campus during the first week of camp was exclusive of the CIT program that we ranHer choice to continue with the program was her decision and it was concluded satisfactorilyWe had several CIT program attendees all who were satisfied with the program
