On July 24, a customer, her name *** case number *** was charged by accident the wrong amount of tip to her credit card, we did not
know this until the next dayThe next day was Saturday July 25, I called right away to have that tip taken off, but it was to lateIt was not refunded to her account until August 11, All charges like late fees and overdrafts have been taken off her accountI talked to Anna today Friday August 30, to tell her how sorry we are and if there was anything we could do please let us know

The matter with the money had been taken care of but took a month for it to all get resolvedIn the month I suffered extreme stress, and a financial hardshipAll I wanted to do was enjoy breakfast with my son in the end my card was locked for a month, had to get a new account number, borrow money from people because I couldn't use my card, and worry every day on how I was going to make ends meetI feel like they punished me by "accidently" charging me an extreme amountThey stole that money from me and my family for a month!! Unless compensation is offered in this matter by the company I will leave the matter unresolved! I feel like if they put thermals in my shoes they'd feel the sameI'd let the matter go for a compensationUntil then I will continue to be unsatisfied

I'd let the matter go for a 2500.00 compensation. Until then I will continue to be unsatisfied.
