Review: They are advertising a product STOPAIN PROFESSIONAL STRENGTH. I ordered the product on 7/10/13 at the price of $108.72. (MABIS/DMI Healthcare Professional Strength STOPAIN (Pack of 12) by MABIS/DMI Healthcare) On 7/19/13 I received instead a product called CryoDerm. I was told it was the product I ordered under a new label. I called the Stopain company and was told they did not make the product CryoDerm. When I contacted MBAC they insisted it was the same product. They finally admitted it was not the product I ordered. I adked for a refund and said I would ship the product back to them as soon as I received a refund. They told me until I ship them the product back I would not receive a refund. How can you trust a company that does not tell you they are substituting a cheap product for what I ordered. I do not have a problem with Amazon.com My complaint is with MBAC Office Solutions and their advertising and shipping an unknown productDesired Settlement: An immediate refund of $108.72 to my bank account. Have them remove their false ad from Amazon.com

The person purchased something from us via Amazon. We drop ship the item from the manufacturer. The manufacturer without our knowledge subsituted the product for another product.

The purchasers funds we reimbursed, however the purchaser wanted to keep the product he was sent without returning the item he did not want.

I am rejecting this response because: They stated I wanted to keep the product. I told them I would ship it back to them when I received a full refund and a shipping label to return their product. Again this company lies. The product they shipped was falsely advertised as STOPAIN. It was a cheap product costing about half the price of STOPAIN. I did not refuse to return their lousey product as they stated. I shipped their phoney product to them today 8/1/13 via their return label. Please note that They are still advertising on Amazon their product as STOPAIN. See Amazon.com address below.

Mr [redacted] was refunded his money. He wanted us to refund the money before he shipped back the item, which he could have kept after he got his money back.

Regarding the listing on Amazon - my supplier still does have STOPAIN and still have it available to us. For some reason, which my supplier has apologized for shipped to Mr [redacted], another product (which is similar), without our knowledge.

Mr [redacted] has since sent back the items, his money was refunded and this case should be closed.
