Review: I was forced to sign a contract to obtain a structural inspection of my home and pay $500 upon time of service (inspection). I was told my report would be delivered within 1 week. 2 months and many phone calls later I have never received my report. This business has unacceptable standards of customer service and was quick to cash my check the same day.Desired Settlement: I need my money back, or my report ASAP. I should get a partial refund to compensate for my time attempting to gain my report.

Review: Hired [redacted] to perform a structural engineer survey on my home. Paid for the services at the time of his visit. He assured me I would receive my inspection report within 1-2 days from the date of the visit which was 6/15/2015 and as of today, 8/12/2015 I still have not received the report. I called his office several times inquiring about the report as well as e-mailed him but no success in getting the written report.Desired Settlement: I would like a written report explaining his findings and how to resolve the problems. If this is not done, I would like to be reimbursed the money I paid for the inspection ($500.00).
