Review: We used this company to settle our mortgage in 2009 (4 years ago). We recently refinanced our mortgage and the lawyer who settled our loans this time discovered that MBH settlement group had not settled the lien that was on the house from the previous owners. We went there in person and also made several phone calls to have them do what they were supposed to in the first place, which was to settle all previous liens on the house and send the paperwork to the county recorders office. This still has not been completed and we notified them of this 2 months ago. In the event that we ever want to sell our house, we can't because there is still an old lien that should have been done and was not. This company has been extremely neglectful in settling this.Desired Settlement: I want them to settle the previous lien that was on our house by the previous owners and I want reimbursed some of the money that we paid them for a service that was never completed.
