We received the complaint from [redacted] regarding receiving correspondence from [redacted] after being asked to be removed from our Data Base.

We do not keep addresses on file, we only keep email addresses.  Once a person requests to be removed, we do so immediately....

  We do however occasionally purchase lists in specific zip codes to send information to.  Mr. [redacted] is in the [redacted] zip code according to the information he provided in the letter and that is a zip code in the Northeast Mesa area that we will occasionally send to.   Once again, this isn't from an in house data base, it is from a mailing house.

We apologize for any inconvenience to Mr. [redacted] and can assure him that we do not have him on any list internally and do not have him on our email list.

If we do any future mailings to that zip code, we will ask that his name be removed.

Review: My wife and I visited [redacted] project in December 2008. Their agent asked for our name, address, phone number, and email address, which I entered in their form. We toured the [redacted] project but decided it is not right for our situation. Since that time, we continue to receive periodic [redacted] mailings. I have continually called the number on the mailings and requested that [redacted]: 1) stop the periodic mailings to us, and 2) delete all our personal data from their data base(s). I continue to receive [redacted] mailings and continue to call asking the two requests above. [redacted] continues to rudely ignore my requests.Desired Settlement: [redacted] 1) stop their periodic mailings to us, 2) delete all our personal data from their data bases, and send one last letter to me apologizing for their continually ignoring my requests and confirming that my personal data has been deleted from their databases.
