Complaint Information: Mr [redacted] sent in a complaint regarding his insurance premiumIn his complaint he states that his monthly premium is $His premium has changed many times over his policy periodHe has made many changes to his policy such as deleting vehicles, adding vehicles, moving locations and missed paymentsDue to these issues his premium has been different almost every monthHe is now on a steady payment of $a month which includes a $service fee from his carrierI have always tried to explain the reasoning for the different billing amounts but I did not know about this issue until I received the compliantOnce I received the complaint I tried calling Mr [redacted] and I left him two voicemails but I never received a phone call backI am positive that Mr [redacted] was never charged anything more than the correct amount plus any late fees or service feesI have his billing information and will go over It with Mr [redacted] if he would like toPlease let me know if there if anything I can do to make sure this ends in a positive way for all parties involvedYou can always call me at [redacted]

Due to these issues his premium has been different almost every month. He is now on a steady payment of $82.38 a month which includes a $5.00 service fee from his carrier. I have always tried to explain the reasoning for the different billing amounts but I did not know about this issue until I received the compliant. I am positive that Mr. [redacted] was never charged anything more than the correct amount plus any late fees or service fees.
