I don't want to submit a complaint because what is done is done As a collection company, their practices are rude and bullying They won't even take a moment to find out whether what they have a legitimate claim or not They demean the people they talk to, believing that this will get what they want I'm surprised there are more complaints on here If you pull up the # XXX-XXX-XXXX there are a ton of complaints blogged
We have taken our pets here for several years with satisfactory results. However our recent visit for our sick cat left us very dissatisfied with services rendered. After medicine and IV fluids he wasn't better, which prompted a return call ,where upon I spoke with a front desk employee , their response was oh he will get better in a day or two,if not bring him back. I felt a real lack of concern in her voice. This visit cost me $220,he didn't get better, I ended up taking him to [redacted] animal hospital,where our previous vet (from acres north) now works. They are doing lab ,ct scan to see why he's so sick. Acres north desk staff is unprofessional ,I cared not to hear about family problems as I waited in the lobby!
