We have taken our pets here for several years with satisfactory resultsHowever our recent visit for our sick cat left us very dissatisfied with services renderedAfter medicine and IV fluids he wasn't better, which prompted a return call ,where upon I spoke with a front desk employee , their response was oh he will get better in a day or two,if not bring him backI felt a real lack of concern in her voiceThis visit cost me $220,he didn't get better, I ended up taking him to [redacted] animal hospital,where our previous vet (from acres north) now worksThey are doing lab ,ct scan to see why he's so sickAcres north desk staff is unprofessional ,I cared not to hear about family problems as I waited in the lobby!
