MBM sincerely apologizes to Mr*** for the delay in delivering his shipment to ColoradoWe had no intentions of delaying the delivery of his shipmentThe delay transpired due to unforeseen circumstances during his relocation and we have
advised we will compensate for the delivery taking place outside of his estimated delivery dateOur office has kept in contact with Mr*** in regards to any updates on the delivery of his house hold goodsAt this time the shipment has been delivered and we will follow up with Mr*** in regards to resolving his issues for compensation for delay after delivery
It is our intention to make the move experience a positive one for all of our customers so we hope to reach an amicable resolution with Mr***

Dear Revdex.com,
MBM has been consistent in only one thing, and that is their inability to communicate with me, the customerMy phone records will show I have been the one initiating contact with MBM, as they have been unresponsive each time I have reached out to themThis attempt to communicate also includes their unwillingness to respond to emails which were sent as well
In regards to the refund mentioned in this response, I was the one who initiated that conversationAfter several attempts to reach the customer service manager, and a Vice President to discuss this matter, I still have not received a call backThis is the type of experience I have had with this company throughout this process
At this point, there is not justifiable reason for MBM to delay this processBecause they were well aware of not meeting the contractual obligation, compensation should have been instantaneousSince as they stated, the issue had already been discussed
At this point, I would like my compensation issued immediately and without further delayI would also expect the terms of the compensation to be revealedWhen I initially broached the subject, I was told MBM could not tell me how much the compensation would beBecause of MBM's failure to live up to the terms of the contract, I was forced to purchase items for me and my family, which we needed in order to be able to go to school and workI also expect an expeditious phone call to settle this matter in order for both parties to be able to move forward

He was also given the correct price of $5,762.43 and advised this would be emailed out to him. This all transpired on 8/7/2014, which was well in advance of the load date of $8/24/2014. Now our office does recognize the price was increased after taking the deposit, but Mr. [redacted] by no means was obligated to relocate with our company. He chose to relocate with MBM Moving based upon the facts given. We understand Mr. [redacted] is now disputing the increase, after the move has been completed. We are unable to refund the account based upon the facts given. We are willing to compensate Mr. [redacted] for the delay in pick up. Based upon the tariff, the compensation amount should be $30.00 for every day outside the spread. At this time we are wanting to settle the matter and are willing to offer $75.00 to conclude this account.
We have emailed a compensation letter to Mr. [redacted] in hopes of concluding the matter with him.
