We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Mrs [redacted] regarding the refund of $for the Greenwood Sanitation bill deducted from her security deposit-while also paid by Mrs [redacted] After reviewing her file, we fond that Mrs [redacted] was to be refunded an additional $due to the home being re-rented to a new residentThis information was communicated to Mrs [redacted] via email on October 15th; in addition, she was notified that our accounting department would be assisting this refund in a timely manner.On November 1st I responded to Mrs [redacted] 's email from October 30th informing her that I was working with Greenwood Sanitation on the refund since she and Hills Properties both paid this billOn November 16th I received an email from Mrs [redacted] stating she received the $but was still waiting on the $deducted for the Greenwood Sanitation billAfter researching our correspondence I now see that I forgot to respond to this email to let her know that status of the refundAfter receiving the complaint via the Revdex.com on January 4th, I was able to confirm with our accounting department that the refund check had not yet been mailed, but would be mailed that weekIn addition, I have reached out to-Indiana American water to recify the water that was paid for by

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. 
I just wanted to add that I never was told that the issue about the Greenwood Sanitiation bill was being reviewed and that Emerald Lakes would get back to me.  My emails were not returned when I tried to followup on the issue. I did just receive the refund check.  Although it is appreciated, direct contact from Emerald Lakes about this issue as well as the other issues noted in my initial complaint would have been nice.

Review: I received a $100 gift card and I already have a payment plan with them and the gift card says I can use $50 dollars off initial payment and new lease agreement I called and the associate said I can only use it on a new lease agreement they shouldn't send me anything that I can not make use off they say one thing and do another that basically false advertisement.Desired Settlement: wish to use my gift card to make my payment doesn't make sense if I can't do it I will not want to get any gift card if it's not helping me been with these crooks for to long.

WE SEND OUT THESE COUPONS 3 TIMES PER YEAR TO ALL OUR ACTIVE AND 12 MONTH INACTIVE CUSTOMERS. IT CLEARLY STATES THAT THESE ARE FOR OPENING A NEW AGREEMENT AND CANNOT BE USED ON EXISTING AGREEMENTS. WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THESE COUPONS SOLICITING NEW BUSINESS BEFORE.

Review: I have been a customer of Easyhome for over 3 threes. In that time I have brought a bunk bed set, mattress, and I am almost done paying for a table with chairs and a recliner so much so I am down under $300. yes there are times that I can not come up with the payment right on time but I have ALWAYS came through with the payments when I could. the people here will call and harass me the day of or the very next day a payment is due. and don't get me wrong I understand this is a business, but once you have call or text me to advise the payment is due it is not necessary to call three sometimes four times in a day as they do, but what made me compliant today is the fact the people working at this location have on several occasions gone out there way to embarrass me to ether my neighbors telling them that I am always late on my payments and that they are sick of me and have threaten on a few text messages to come up to my job to harass me there. they crossed the line this past Saturday when they sent me a text that stated ok then you will not answer your phone so I guess we will be coming up to your job on Monday. first and foremost I had every intention on calling them and making my payment and also paying up the rest of the month until I got that text. no I did not answer the phone when they called because I was helping my daughter get ready for prom and did not have my phone by me. but to threaten me is simply unacceptable tactics. once I saw this text I called them right away and advised them that if that was the best they could do by threating me after being a repeat customer for over 3 years then they could just come and pick the stuff up and that I was indeed going to file a compliant on them with Revdex.com. after I hung up they sent a text that read sorry about that. indicating that they knew they were wrong and had crossed the line. I do not at all appreciate them treating me as if I don't pay my bill with them or as if I go on the run from them I have lived in the same place for over 3 years and they have my current address, and numbers. I am disgusted by these tactics and would like it addressed.Desired Settlement: no more harassing calls (more than once a day) or text messages.
