MBP Heating came to home on 6/13/and made a diagnosis to replace my water heater yet they failed to submit the paperwork to get the repair done!

The company misdiagnosed the problem, wanted to do a type of repair not recommended by the manufacturer and refused to refund the service call fee
I contacted Landmark Home Warranty for a repair to leaking bathroom faucet and they assigned the repair to MBP Heating and Air IncOn 7/27/16, the service person from MPB looked at the faucet and wrote on the service invoice that he would order O-rings for Moen Eva Widespread Chrome LAV Tfor installation, and I then paid the $service fee by personal check number 231, payable to MBP Heating The next day the same service person called and told me that he spoke with Moen and that my faucet does not have a O-rings replacement part and that it needs to be sealed with sealant and that the installation instructions on-line state sealant should be used I told him that Moen told be the exact opposite and that none of my other six Moen faucets have sealant He said the installation was shoddy I spoke with Moen and they reiterated tha

charged for a previously undisclosed fee; grossly incompetent work product-refused refund

I suspect that this company would have torn up unnecessary feet of concrete floor and then tried to charge even more The next plumber completed the work for $based on their re-evaluation of the location of the slab leak
I want the $returned and a significant portion of the $leak detection fee
