On Saturday, 7/16/2016, [redacted] and [redacted] came into Galles Chevrolet Used Car department looking for a crew cab truckThe salesman brought the customers inside and conducted an interviewThe customers discussed trading in their vehicle and wanted to know what the payments would beThe salesman informed the customer that the only way to figure out payments would be to fill out a credit application to be able to quote the correct interest rateThe customers agreed to fill out a credit application and let us look at their creditWhen you run someones credit to buy an automobile your score will never change regardless of how many times it is runThey had simply asked us not to send it to any bank for an approval in which we did notAfter speaking with the customers they decided to hold off on purchasing until they could find a lower priced truck to fit within their budget rangeIn closing, let it be known that the customers filled out the credit application and signed it, giving us permission to pull their creditWe regret the customer is upset, but we were the only one's to see itUnderstanding the customer was notified that we pulled their report doesn't mean their score was was affectedWe'd like to keep this customer happy as they were when they came in, I would like to offer them a free oil change and a full tank of gas when they are ready.I'm sorry for the miss-understanding in this situation.Any questions, please feel free to call me.Joe R***General ManagerGalles ChevroletAlbuquerque, NM
