The decision to use L&L Fence has been a regrettable one I was sold on their competitive pricing and (empty) promises The workmanship is poor - the fence lines more closely resembled a zig-zag than a straight line [redacted] and his worker's respect for ones property is also lacking I have a nicely manicured lawn that was left with ruts, concrete debris, and piles of dirt after the installation was completed I also had several "posts" heave over the winter If you are unaware of their installation method (I was not) the "posts" are not set below frost depth, nor are there wood posts behind the vinyl sleeves These are the two main contributing factors to frost heaveThis spring I had an entire panel completely blown apart by the wind [redacted] was well aware of the high winds in my area, and assured me that their fence would hold up to it without fail Additionally, my gate does not operate properly and hasn't since it was installed last fall Attempting to get ***
We had a fence installed by L & L fence company last fall We have had nothing but problems from the minute the fence went in until todayThey installed no handles on our gate The posts were on even in the Doublegate is saggingThey had to come out three times initially when the fence was installedNow several months later the gate is sagging several pieces have fallen off and it looks terribleWe have contacted The owner several times he came out to look at it and said he would be back the next day and now will not return our phone calls or fix the fenceInitially the owner of the company said he was trying to get the job done fast hence the shotty workNever once did we ask for the fence to get done right away and compromise what it looks like or the product to get it doneThe owner is rude, unprofessionalWe have left at least six messages over the last week with no return phone call
I contracted L & L Fence Company in August and paid them $(1/down) to install fence and this is November and still no fenceI have had little if no communications or updatesI have sent e-mails and text messages to them, and some without any responseThey have told me the fence will be installed next week, week goes by no fence, then another week, no fence then another week, no fenceNo communication with me as to why it didn't get installedI am out of patience frustrated as winter is coming and NO FenceThey told me they would be out Tuesday 11-6-2018, no call nothing, its Wednesday nowFinally sent me a text saying they have me on the schedule for this week 10--5, well this week has passed and the next week has past 10-and No work started no call saying sorry we'll be out tomorrow or the next day or next week or whatever, nothing? No explanation?? Its suppose to snow this weekend and winter is starting so I have no hope of them ever starting or finishin

I contracted L&L for a fence over months agoI don't have a fence and the owner will not return my messagesHe had his wife (I think) sending me emails, but she won't respond anymoreThey will not answer their phoneThe down payment was taken from our account on February 26th ($3500) We were told multiple times that the fence would be finished on by a certain dateI have all the text messages and emailsHoles were left in our back yard for over a week
Also, I was told the vinyl fencing is coming from EverGuardThe owner gave me the brochureI was told otherwise by a previous customerI didn't have the chance to ask, because the owner won't return my messages
