Without revealing any personal financial information, the terms of the loan application did change from what was originally proposed. Any change in approval terms were directly related to this change in your application. After your conversation with our office, we escalated your request, dedicated several individuals to provide an immediate response to the new documentation provided, and approved your loan within 24 hours so that the closing could proceed as planned. Any remaining delay past our approval was to allow you the time to finalize homeowners insurance so that your new home was properly protected.
