2014
12/15: My company provided PRD to AppShah
12/18: Agreed to invoice and kick-off fee of $1800
12/19: Appshah agreed to PRD and said it would take them 44 days to develop the app Asked for a develop timeline and asked to indicate when user review and acceptance would happen, but this was never provided.

2015
1/27: Initial build delivered. Even though we had 3 Android phones on 2 different android versions, they all could not install the app. Crashed while installing.
2/16: appshah sent 2nd payment request (for 40% of the invoice) even though we have not been able to install and use the app
[redacted] Even after multiple requests, we still do not have any timeline and we have to develop our own bug tracking list to send back to the company. We asked that for each new build that they send to us they indicate 1) what bug they fixed and 2) how they tested the bug ... they never did this. They just kept sending new builds and expected our team to test the app end-to-end. [redacted]
5/5: Requested again to document changes in each build. Appshah agreed ... but never did this. App installs but doesn't work ...
6/1: appshah billed me for the full amount of the invoice because they claimed that they tested the app and it fully functions on their side.
5/31: appshah stops communicating and I sent a request to terminate the agreement (because it was way past 44 days by this time and the app was still not functional) and requested full refund
7/14: Formal request for full refund since app still does not work. (Didn't receive it.)
7/31: Appshah scheduled 2 meetings and didn't show up for both. Last I heard from them ...

Given that appshah agreed to our PRD, billed us for the development and indicated that they would do the work in 44 days, I think that I was very patient in working with them.

They have stopped communicating with me and won't provide a refund. I also gave them the option of sending us the source code in return for money paid, but received no response.
