Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowI did get two prices, one for a vinyl fence and one for a wooden fence I went with the wooden fence because I was told that he only used quality material That being said, it was not quality material, the wooden slats started to warp almost immediately The gates never worked properly He came back once to fix the left sided gate and crudely cut the corner at an angle to prevent it from scrapping on the walkway I called again and nothing has been done to correct that issue The right sided gate was replaced, but still flops back and forth in any slight wind He has continued to ignore my calls, if the installation was done correctly he would not have to come to my house and I would not have to keep calling himI want this fixed and need a time and date when this will be accomplished Regards, [redacted]

I gave her prices one more expensive than the other and she wanted to go with the lower price fencingThis is not a top quality fence from *** ***I went to her house and change with $130/cedar panels onceI made her a gateI have other work to do and she thinks that I can go to her home
any time she calls meI went to *** *** to try to get her a new fencebut they are not work with me even with all the business I have given them
