Initial Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2015/10/02) */
Please find attached the contract between MC Concrete & Construction and *** and *** *** property *** *** *** ***, ** XXXXX As you can see in paragraph it states we are not liable for any cracking that occurs after the
installation of the concrete I do not have a problem going back and filling the crack for the homeowner as a courtesy but I indicated to them I would be back out to their property when my work schedule slows downI will do my best to make it out to the consumers home within the next 2-weeksI will be in contact with them to let them know when I'll be out
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 16, 2015/10/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We have never asked for more than *** *** is proposing That said, he has been uncommunicative now for months or more so it is not clear to us that the repair will happen before it becomes too cold to do so If that is the case, the crack will be exposed to freeze / thaw throughout the late Fall, Winter, and early Spring Please also note that this crack occurred despite our best attempt to have as strong a patio as possible by having an extra inch (5" vs4") of thickness of concrete poured than *** *** had originally proposed
Final Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2015/10/19) */
We, MC Concrete would like to come out and fill crack
Please let us know when we can come to do work
Thanks MC Concrete
