I enrolled in a dental plan with Ameritas/HII and was mislead on the coverage. Was never told, nor provided enrollment information showing I was on a 12 month waiting period. Now I got a bill from my dentist for $600.00

My bank was drafted without my knowledge $was taken out on 6/26/18, 5/29/18, 4/26/18, and 3/26/I received zero information regarding this companyMy information was wrongly given to other health insurance companiesI used the product zero=times over the four months because I was unaware I had itI also had DentalBlue since April as well as, Blue cross and Blue Shield Why would I pay for coverages?

they misrepresent insurance programs about coverage in areas that do not exist
they have no contact information to cancel their policies, finally find a service too help and they refuse

I purchased a USA+ healthcare membership with a benefits reward program that stated after years I would be refunded my membership dues ($7500.00)On August 10th I called to collect my $and I was informed That USA+ switched insurance carriers and they would not honor the refund

I was told I could cancel the policy just call and they will cancel when I called they canceled part but not all and charged me for five months before I caught when I call to ask why they were still charging me they said I did not call and cancel they did not tell me if I had a certain service I had to call and cancel each one they said just call and they will cancel

I CONTACTED UNITED SERVICE Association and inquire about the dental and vision care,and was told it was a great plan and that I would not incur any problems so I enrolled and they auto drafted $dollars out of my account every month as of 2015,and I never miss a payment.However I recently miss a payment in October and received a letter stating that I was no longer a member of the plan and told I would not be getting my money back, And I demand a refund because I HAVE NOT USED that service since having it

My experience with coming on board with this company was very positive

This company played a recording of my voice accepting their dental and vision insurance I did not! He said I received a card in the mail, I did not I beleive this is a scam They deducted $from my bank account every month last year I called them in December and they cancelled my account They have sent me a check for December's $ I have no idea how they got my bank account information I did sign up for Obama Care at the beginning of last year, but I would remember if I received a card from them and accept their insurance because I was getting those services from Obama Care No sense in having two If I had received a card I would have put it in my wallet, I have no such card I listen to *** ***, and a woman called in with the same issue What they do is record whatever you say when they call to make it seem like you said yes, but I did not I want my money back, never used the service, because I never had a card from them I even spoke to a superviso

I was told at the time of enrollment that my dental insurance was active the same day as enrollment by *** *** at Ext after I was enrolled in dental/vision and medical Jeff said my dental/vision was active on June my enrollment date and my medical would be active July 1st

Someone signed me up for their service without my approval, with no notification of any kind they proceeded to bill me After discovering this I contacted them twice to refund the premiums they had collected
Even though I did not know about this service, they refuse to refund my money that they should not have collected in the first place

I noticed a withdrawal of $on my bank statement in September-November
I did not know what it wasIt started on July 17, 2018,
The company and phone # was USAHC *** *** I called and was told I authorized this for health insurance, which I would not do.I was on Medicare already
The customer rep said she would tell her supervisor and they would E mail me a recording of my conversation authorizing this transactionI never received itI got a voice message stating they would refund The last payment in July and , would close my accountI got a voice message from them later in November The message said they could not refund any previous payments
I never received any mail confirmation of what They claim I signed up forI was told it was health services informationThere are about complaints against them of the same nature
