Thestump grinding was an additional cost we had also did a leaf clean up and removed other old tree debris that was on this property. A message was left that out stump grinder was broken and we no longer have the machine to do it and the 100$ additional stump removal charge was never paid to us so...

Consumer first made contract to cancel through an online inquiry. We were contacted by the [redacted] and attempted to contact consumer. We called her two times, and two voice mails were left with no response to our office. We have a full time receptionist, so the Consumer certainly would have...

been able to reach someone. She had continued to contact consumer relations, via email, who explicity told the Consumer how to cancel her transaction. She did not follow our cancellation policy as she was advised. We received another email from the Consumer Relations asking us to again, contact consumer. in doing so, the consumer answered the call , and the first conversation regarding this situation finally took place on November 30, 2015. We explained to her that she had been instructed, if nothing else, to send in her notice of cancellation so we could resolve this issue, and she had decided not after being advised 3 times to do so. On 11/30/2015, she admitted to Co-owner [redacted] that she has not read any of her paperwork, and threatened to contact the Revdex.com if we did not meet her demands immediately. I have included the email to the consumer from [redacted] that explains to the Consumer how she is to cancel her order. Still, as of 12/3/15, MC Distributors has not received any documentation from the consumer. We at MC understand that Consumers deserve protection, and fully respect that. We like to deal with all consumers issues and complaints as quickly an as amicably as possible, however, we feel it's evident that this case, the consumer has not fulfilled their obligation, and as result, is seeing retaliation.
