Thestump grinding was an additional cost we had also did a leaf clean up and removed other old tree debris that was on this propertyA message was left that out stump grinder was broken and we no longer have the machine to do it and the 100$ additional stump removal charge was never paid to us so we had left a message stating to have another company come in to have this completed at their cost
Consumer first made contract to cancel through an online inquiryWe were contacted by the [redacted] and attempted to contact consumerWe called her two times, and two voice mails were left with no response to our officeWe have a full time receptionist, so the Consumer certainly would have been able to reach someoneShe had continued to contact consumer relations, via email, who explicity told the Consumer how to cancel her transactionShe did not follow our cancellation policy as she was advisedWe received another email from the Consumer Relations asking us to again, contact consumerin doing so, the consumer answered the call , and the first conversation regarding this situation finally took place on November 30, We explained to her that she had been instructed, if nothing else, to send in her notice of cancellation so we could resolve this issue, and she had decided not after being advised times to do soOn 11/30/2015, she admitted to Co-owner [redacted] that she has not read any of her paperwork, and threatened to contact the Revdex.com if we did not meet her demands immediatelyI have included the email to the consumer from [redacted] that explains to the Consumer how she is to cancel her orderStill, as of 12/3/15, MC Distributors has not received any documentation from the consumerWe at MC understand that Consumers deserve protection, and fully respect thatWe like to deal with all consumers issues and complaints as quickly an as amicably as possible, however, we feel it's evident that this case, the consumer has not fulfilled their obligation, and as result, is seeing retaliation
We normally charge any customer cancelling their order a restocking fee of $The customer is made aware of the restocking fee at the time of purchase(Please reference the attached copy of this customers restocking fee agreement.) In light of this disagreement, MC Distributors agrees to waive the $restocking Fee [redacted] ***
