The worst experience we've ever had with any companyThe owner of the company, Chris, called my husband at 7:at night when he had called earlier with a question on the billHe was so rude and unprofessional he even threatened my husband saying "I will tap your ***."
We called this company because there was a sticker on our door opener for themA subcontracted individual, that ran his own garage door company, showed upAfter giving us an estimate, he told us that the manager/owner would call us back as we asked about the cash priceThe owner, Chris, came out to 'repair our garage'Once at our home, he informed us that there weren't any parts that needed replaced and all that he would need to do would be to lube some parts and make some minor adjustmentsHe gave us a bill for $which we paid cash forLater, we called to have him explain the bill as the total didn't make sense.That's when he yelled at and threatened my husband
PLEASE save yourself the stress of these conniving, aggressive people and DO NOT USE THEM

Review: This McDonald's advertises any size drink for a dollar, but will only sell you the small for one dollar. I pointed out to the person at the first window who takes the money that I she charged me $1.49 for my large diet coke but their signs on the drive thru and on the windows all indicate any size beverage for $1.00. I believe the signs say, "Any size, same price. $1.00". The woman said that only the small drinks were a dollar. She said she knew the signs were incorrect. I told her, legally, they are required to sell all drinks for one dollar. She said, "I know what you're saying.", but would not honor the advertised price for a large. I had her change my drink from large to small and received the $1.00 price. At the window where your order is presented to you I again complained that the advertisement clearly says any size drink for a dollar. She, like her co-worker admitted to knowing the signs were wrong and like her co-worker would not honor their advertisement.This McDonald's is in an area where it is surrounded by subsidized housing. I believe this is a case of bait and switch to prey upon the children in the immediate area. Neither woman was surprised or apologetic. It just seemed to be business as usual.Desired Settlement: I want them required to remove the false advertising and fined. These signs have been up for some time and I've complained before.

To Whom it May ConcernI read the complaint and here is a photo of the current POP we are using in our restaurants. I am not sure where the confusion is with the picture as the drinks are label with product and the sizes of the items covered under the promotion.Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It was my error that when I saw the signs indicating all beverages were $1.00 I didn't read the fine print. I might be helpful for McDonald's to change the signage to enlarge the word "small" where it applies.Thank you, Revdex.com and McDonald's for your quick response to my concerns.
