Mr*** & his sister *** *** came into my office to obtain insurance on a vehicle July 9thI listed them as both named insured, per their requestThey proceeded to pay for the insurance and left with their ID cardsOn July 16, he
phoned wanting his money back and to cancel the insuranceI advised him that they could cancel the policy, but I would need both signatures since they are both named insuredHe then said he wanted to "fell my rear end"I advised him I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me because he was being rude and I hung upHe then called back to state that he had recorded the conversation and that *** would be in troubleI was hoping he recorded it, due to the way he spoke to me
I have been out of the office, due to vacation, is why it's taken me a few days to respond to this
I will gladly send him the paperwork that he is requesting now, but I will NOT apologize for telling that he was rude for telling me he was wanting to "feel my rear end"
That's my desired resolution and the paperwork is being in the mail today
