I am writing in response to the complaint from [redacted]. We never want to hear that a customer is unhappy. However, we know realistically that everyone cannot be delighted with a used car purchase.Ms....

[redacted] test drove the 2004 BMW 530i on March 3, 2016 priced at $6800, with a retail value of approximately $9800. She liked the BMW and negotiated purchasing it, for $6400. It was an “AS IS” purchase, as all of our vehicles are sold.
Ms. [redacted] finally come in today, and left very happy.She was given $1000.00 check, as a goodwill gesture and referred to a service center. A happy customer is always one of our goals at MC EURO.
