Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/01/21) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] senior Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @yahoo.com Mr[redacted] called said his furnace was not turning on and it was cold out, sent tech [redacted] R out around 9pm unit was a lennox we are dealer for them he quickly diagnosed problem advised customer of the problem even told customer the reason which was improper installation of PVC pipe did not have enough slant [redacted] told customer how much to replace part which was water logged customer told him to repair ( we don't repair first then hope to get paid) he was advise of all pricing also because he was a lennox client we did not charge him extra for after hours repair he was charged our service call of $and hour min of $and the part Mr [redacted] never asked for part that evening ever or we would have given it to him he did call us several weeks later to advise us that his credit card statement was over charged by $ which we looked and saw it was a error and fixed it that day then he asked us for part we don't keep parts we throw them out nightly as we have no use for them IF MR [redacted] WOULD OF WANTED HIS PART HE NEEDED TO ASK FOR THEM THAT EVENING we would have gladly left them also furnace was working perfectly when tech left and he has never called us stating other wise he was charged very fairly seeing how other companies charge $for a service call for service after pm Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/01/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) When I called I did not say my unit was a Lennox so he could not have the part on him when he showed up he was only wearing a tool belt he never went out to his truck for a part I watched him for minthen came upstairs he was downstairs for min more came upstairs said unit was repaired he then went out to truck to make out the bill came back in for payment then leftI called him minlater asked for part never received partThe ad in the phone book says same price day or night also there was a first time caller discountNow on another note when I called about the bill [redacted] would not let me finish a sentence without breaking in with interruption after interruption it was impossible for me to make a point on anything this went on until the call ended I have never spoken to a more rude caller in my life this service dept.is run by thieves who cheat you out of your money and lie right to your face Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/01/28) */ That is a lie I told customer what the problem was, told him complete cost he told me to fix it I did, not once did he ask for part all lennox parts have tags on original part new part does not he never asked for the part he paid me I left he never called me min later nor did I get a voice mail I have years in the business and new exactly what the problem was if for any reason he thought I did not do my job WHY DID HE PAY ME we will not give him a refund as we did our job per invoice he can call another lennox dealer and see we changed the part and [redacted] was rude to him because he was very rude on the phone to [redacted] we guarantee our service because we were fast doesn't mean we didn't do our job thats just years in the field not year we clean up after our job and again if for any reason he thought we didn't do our job or he wanted part he needed to settle this before paying not weeks later his furnace is still working so we MUST have fixed it I think this customer wants something for nothing

then he asked us for part we don't keep parts we throw them out nightly as we have no use for them
