hired to check central air issues.r-outside condenser dead and leaking, gave customer option to replace as well as price to update to newer,high efficiency system, customer did not want to spend the moneyinstalled new r-condenser outside, started and ooerating properlyshort time after, call of no acsystem low on gas, fixed 2nd leak in attic air handler but also informed leak may be in wall pipingpriced running new pipes to outside condenser, again customer chose not to spend the moneywas in accident and out of work for an extended period and found this complaintcustomer was quoted and offered repair,replace options, chose not to updateoutside system was installed, was new from factory and issue was not with new work but exhisting pipes ran inside walls, issues completely separate from work paid for and not covered or warranted by new workproposed all work eventually performed by second contractor, but again, at time, customer did not want to spend the money as other renovations were being performed at house as wellall work performed by myself was done with brand new equipment,parts and or material and all paperwork from supply house to confirmcustomer paid second contractor after not taking the advice and proposal of original quote

call of no ac. system low on gas, fixed 2nd leak in attic air handler but also informed leak may be in wall piping. priced running new pipes to outside condenser, again customer chose not to spend the money. was in accident and out of work for an extended period and found this complaint. customer was quoted and offered repair,replace options, chose not to update. outside  system was installed, was new from factory and issue was not with new work but exhisting pipes ran inside walls, issues completely separate from work paid for and not covered or warranted by new work. proposed all work eventually performed by second contractor, but again, at time, customer did not want to spend the money as other renovations were being performed at house as well. all work performed by myself was done with brand new equipment,parts and or material and all paperwork from supply house to confirm. customer paid second contractor after not taking the advice and proposal of original quote
