This complaint was rectified with the homeowner over days agoQuality Carpets ordered in a new vinyl floor and will be doing a full replacement at no cost to the homeownerWe pride ourselves in customer service and though repairs could have been made to resolve this issue we opted to replace
the entire pieceEven though the customer didn't asked for it to be replaced we thought it would be better to do so
