Purchased a bdcaunit that bwgs handled the warranty forThe unit was purchased less then a year agoHad to send in one faulty unit due to bad cosensor reading but all other functions workedSent back new unit very promptlyBut less then hrsSame issue, they tell me to factory reset worked for over hrs then failedI didn't even want a full refund just partial and downgraded product that only did cohoping that maybe just the basic running of one process the machine would workBut they refuse to give cash back but are willing to give me a refurbished dollar unit and then also a downgraded counitWhy would a company give out double the product but not issue a refund on not a year old productStay away from bwgs and sunleaves garden products
