Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't appreciate and think the response was inappropriate and very unprofessional with the response given! The owner of the business had no idea what was going on once again all his companies work was done through others, all his information is second hand! He takes no pride is his company or its reputation! I was told to start my daughter car by his subractor with a screw driver to put someone's life at risk I take seriously and to not have the proper paper work for state for sercurity is beyond irresponsible on their part! Damages done by his company and he laughs it off?? Worst company I have ever done business with and to put someone's life in damages unexpectable! Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: the company did not do the job they where supposed to do and the part that they were replacing was never touch! The company when contacted said the job was completed which was not the case and said they would come back out to finish Sunday after refusing to return calls and I track him to to and old address which then I was given his cell number! The next day after threatening to call the police finally received a call! They asked for the money knowing the job wasn't completeled! The other company informed me that I was the fourth customer with the problem! Mr *** informed me that he doesn't do any of his own work it's all subcontracted out! He refused to give me insurance info to cover the damages his subcontractor did to my daughter car and said it I signed the paper I just get back the first amount nothing for the damages I hired his company to do! Also he failed to have me sign the correct paper to turn into the state! He said I can take him to court and the other company is willing to give a statement against the first company owned by Mr ***

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you very much for contacting us.Our technician arrived to take care of the customer, he noticed that the car has been worked on and the customer also informed him that her boyfriend was working on the car beforeThe customer asked the tech to replace the ignition and he
did so but the job wasn't fully finished because of an issue due to the work that was done on the car prior to the tech's arrivalThe tech informed the customer that he could not finish the job but he completed the part that she asked him to do. Customer contacted us upset and she decided to contact another locksmith company that came and Over charged her with a $bill to finish the jobCustomer did not request different quotes to finish the job and just assumed that we will also pay what the other company has done. I met the customer myself few days ago trying to resolve the issue and refund her moneyThe customer refused to sign the refund document stating that she received a full refund for her money and demanded that we will pay her also the $that the other company charged herI had no choice but to not refund her the money till she sign the document she refused to signCustomer called the police and the police officer said that he has absolutely nothing to do there and if she wants her money she need to sign the document stating she received it. I feel that we did everything in our power to take care of the customer and refund back her money but she refused claiming she wants more money than she paid. Best regards,*** ***MC Locksmith LLC
